Saata Andagi Tutorialby *Elfarine

Sata Andagi/Saata Andagi are basically, in essence, Okinawan Doughnuts.

I first heard of these after a friend of mine, ~Sekugi got me over to her house and we watched the episode in Azumanga Daioh where the characters said "Saata Andagi" a BUNCH of times. Seku-nee was saying that she wanted to try Saata Andagi just once, and so that was enough motivation for me to go look up the recipe, compare the few good ones that I found, and came up with a decent recipe ^^

I haven't used this recipe in a while, and as such, have no pictures... Hence the random picture that I found on Google from a Sata Andagi website. Before people start hating and saying that I "stole" the picture, I'm just saying, it's only here for reference purposes so that people know what I'm talking about. I included the site, so go check it out.

Word of advice, guys? DON'T BURN THEM.
They don't taste good and some people HATE burnt food.
Like a friend of mine back when I gave him some...haha XP

I like cream puffs, or maybe fried pastries you can cover with powdered sugar or coco. Are these that type of thing?

Pastries are all good to me if they be desserts.

Hmm...fried pastries...I tend to do baked ones myself.
